T-M Vacuum Products, Inc. was
founded in 1946 and shifted from fabrication to the designing of
high vacuum pumps and systems in the mid-sixties. Their product
line continues to expand and improve with new technologies and
techniques.
T-M Vacuum Furnace Systems provide
high temperature operations (up to 2000°C) and pressures of 10-5
to 10-7 torr repeatably and accurately. They are fully controlled
and programmable, user-friendly and complete. Their furnaces
include pumping systems from mechanical pump and/or boosters to
high vacuum diffusion, cryogenic and/or turbo molecular pumping
systems. T-M has expanded it's to the Heat Treat market with
the additions of 2 and 6 bar quenching furnaces with product space
from 1 FT3 to 36 FT3. These systems are widely used for hardening
and brazing.
T-M Vacuum Oven Systems range from
155°C up to 600°C in a variety of sizes, from, .84 to 27 cu ft.
Many are of hot wall design but cold wall and shelf heated and/or
cooled systems are available for specific applications.
Thin Film Deposition Systems are
completely designed and the system is integrated on and tested at
our facility. These systems service the optics, aerospace,
military, university, government and service industries to TV tube
and many other industries. Processes include Sputtering, E-Beam,
Evaporation and Aluminizing.
Right Angle Poppet High Vacuum
Valves are available in a complete line from 3" to 32",
in mild steel, nickel plated mild steel, or in stainless steel to
support high vacuum pumping requirements.
All T-M Systems are leak tight,
competitively priced/and designed for high vacuum applications.
